Availability

The availability calendar and search utilities allow visitors to your web site to rapidly find out if you have a room available for when they want to stay.

The calendar - public view

When the calendar is integrated into your site it allows you to show your clients and partners such as Tourist Information Centres when you have availability. It does not disclose any details of the actual booking - just that the room is booked.

Block out times when you don't want enquiries e,g, your holidays, redecoration etc.
Reduce the need for direct communication with your partners (Tourist Information Centres)
No client information is shown

The calendar is easily integrated into most web-sites (using an IFRAME) and the fonts and colours can be configured so that it looks like an integral part of your web site.

The calendar - private view

As a property manager, when logged into the system and looking at your availability you will get the "management view". In this screen the booking become "Active" and enables you to quickly get information about and manage your bookings.

Hovering over a particular booking brings up a small window with key information (e.g. who, dates, rate).
Clicking on a booking takes you through to the edit booking details page so you can change the details.
Apart from the dates and the room, enter as much detail about the booking as you want. There is no need to store personal details.
For rapid entry the "Quick Booker" enters only the minimum information required.

Use this view to easily manage and hence maximise your capacity.

For those not wishing to show all the dates that are free/booked it is just as simple to include a search utility. This enables a web-site user to search your rooms for the dates they wish to stay.

You can then choose to either simply give a message saying you have rooms or give selected details of the rooms you have to offer. A link is also presented enabling the user to easily send you an E-Mail or open the contact page of your web-site.

Both Calendar and Search facilities are available for only £27.50 (1-5 rooms), £35.00 (6-10 rooms) and £40.00 (11-20 rooms).

Tourist Information Centre facilities

In addition to the tools available on your own web site additional tools are provided to subscribing Tourist Information Centres to quickly and easily find accommodation at the establishments that they list who use the system.

No more need to ring in regularly and update them with your availability
Ensure they have accurate information - even when you're not there.
